What are the accommodations like?
All our comfortable cabins are fully carpeted and have private toilet, shower (hot water), washbasin and vanity. Our service offers a nice atmosphere and attention to minimum details with features such as an ample dining room, bar, saloon, dining room, small library, sundeck, TV, VCR, stereo music system, full air-conditioning, diving platform, all public areas are fully carpeted.

Trip Specific Policies
Yacht operator reserves the right to modify itineraries without previous notice due to Galapagos National Park regulation, wildlife conditions and weather conditions or force majeure. All changes will be done taking into consideration safety and well being of the passengers as well as conservation of the islands.
Terms and Conditions
Kids:
Passengers from 2 to 11 years of age are considered kids, and will always pay for land services and 50% of air fares. Hotel services depend on each hotel; kids under 3 years may share rooms with their parents without additional charge and will pay 10% of air fares.
Entrances and Meals:
All entrances to museums, air fares, entertainment, national parks and meals are included only when stated in the program, drinks and soft drinks are never included.
Luggage:
Each person may carry only one bag and a hand bag; any additional luggage will be considered as extra. Tips to baggage boys in airports and hotels are included only if stated in the program.
Guide Services:
All our services and excursions will be accompanied by bilingual guides "spanish-english", specialized in each excursion. In case of other language guides, that should be requested in the reservation and will be subject to an additional charge.
Variations:
The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary order if necessary to offer a better service or if circumstances so require.
If there is any itinerary change requested by the passengers, all the additional expenses will be covered by the passengers.
The company does not take any responsibility for delays, advances or cancellations caused by airlines or any other transport company that may change the itinerary, and the expenses incurred by such changes will be covered by the passengers.
The organizer will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injuries caused by force majeure such as wars, manifestations, strikes, earthquakes and other human and natural acts.
Adventure or risk programs will be performed with exclusive responsibility of the passengers and for such cases a prior medical checkup and optimum health conditions are recommended.
In case that any passenger should violate any preservation and security laws, the guide has the authority to disembark such passenger on the next island and return the money of the unused part of the tour.
The passengers that voluntarily do not wish to use the services will not have the right to demand any refund on money paid.
