How long is the flight from Ecuador to the Galapagos Islands?

Flights to the Galapagos depart from either Quito or Guayaquil.  It is actually the same flight that begins in Quito and stops in Guayaquil.  The flight from Quito to Guayaquil is 30 minutes.  The stopover in Guayaquil takes about 30 minutes to pick up other passengers. The flight from Guayaquil to the Galapagos Islands is 1.5 hour.  There is also a time difference of one hour between mainland Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, with the Galapagos 1 hour behind the mainland.

Only Guayaquil and Quito offer direct flights on either Aerogal or Tame Airlines. All yacht trips have space held on flights that match up with their trips.
