Ecuador Airports Closed by Protesting Police, Air Force

The main airports in Ecuador, in the cities of Quito, Guayaquil, and Cuenca, have all been seized today by protesting members of the Police and Air Force.  The airports are closed, and there is no word yet on when they will reopen.  Reports from our partner companies in Ecuador are that everyone is safe and there is no violence towards tourists.  However, flights and other activities in the country are being disrupted.  We are awaiting updates from our local providers.
